Q> Why is my hard drive showing as a smaller size than it is? i.e. 130GB not 250/500GB.
A> The problem is not with the hard drive but with the OS you are using. All OS's except XP with SP2 do not support high disk support and the max they can handle is 128GB. If you load XP with SP2 on to this hard drive it will see the full size. You should also be able to see the full size on the manufactures label and in the BIOS. There are ways of releasing the extra space on different operating systems, but you will need to find more information on the Microsoft website

Q> Why is my RAM showing as only 3.5GB.
A> The answer to this is simply, you are using an operating system that is only 32Bit. I.E. Windows XP Home or any of the Vista 32Bit versions. Basically 32Bit software will only see 3.5GB of RAM. For PCs with over 3.5GB RAM you will need to make sure that the operating system is XP Pro 64Bit of Vista 64Bit. XP Home 32Bit and Vista 32Bit will work fine on any spec, its just that you won't be able to fully utilise the extra RAM. If you check the BIOS it will show the full RAM installed in the PC.

Q> Where are my case fans
A> Carbon and Phoenix Case will be side and back panel, Excalibur and Kinetic Case will be front and back.
